The Well Initative
Our bold plan to deliver lasting impact to the people of the Virgin Islands
Dream
A mentorship and empowerment program for boys and young men aged 8 and up in the Virgin Islands and beyond, teaching faith, integrity, economics, citizenship, and service. Structured in 2–4 year tracks, DMC empowers our next generation to lead by asking: "How can I help you to serve?"
Mobilize
An informed culturally rooted healing and wellness model rooted in Crucian wisdom, land connection, and community restoration. This initiative will strengthen schools, neighborhoods, and families through psychological and cultural healing.
Defend My Community
(TBA) Our third WELL Initiative program will launch soon, aimed at protecting and strengthening our neighborhoods, environment, and way of life.
